Borderless AI raises $27M in Seed funding to bring its AI agents to HR
Will AI replace HR? Borderless AI, the Canadian secured a mammoth $27M funding round, led by Susquehanna and Aglaé Ventures, the venture arm of Bernard Arnault. With this funding, Borderless AI is looking to bring its AI agent, Alberni, to the market to assist companies in automating onboarding, payroll, and management of employees.
Cemvision raises €10M in seed funding lead by Polar Structure and BackingMinds
Backed by Bill Gates, UK’s Cemvision just raised the largest public seed round in the cement industry! Their product, named ‘Re-ment’, emits 80-100% fewer CO2 emissions to make cement than traditional cement practices. Having recently signed a contract with Swedish state-owned miner LKAB, Cemvision is looking to grow with their new funding and accelerate efforts to put a circular, high-performing, cement on the market - with an ultra-low CO2 footprint.
Airmyne raises $6.9M from Alumni Ventures, Liquid 2 Ventures, Soma Capital, and others
Airmyne, a Y Combinator 2022 graduate, is on a mission to remove millions of tons of CO2 from the atmosphere. AirMyne’s proprietary liquid to extract CO2 from air at lower temperatures is key to their success. Airmyne will use this seed funding to deploy its carbon capture technology to a sequestration site in California in 2026.
Cleric raise $4.3M in Seed funding, led by Zetta Venture Partners
An AI agent built by Cleric to autonomously triage and heal production incidents without requiring manual intervention or even runbooks has helped them secure a $4.3M seed round. The AI agent is designed to alleviate on-call support fatigue for engineers by autonomously investigating and triaging alerts, collecting relevant evidence, and executing the appropriate mitigation action from a configured runbook or autonomously if possible.
Morph secures $19M in seed funding lead by DragonFly Capital
Thought I missed Crypto? Morph, an L2 Ethereum Virtual Machine, built with a focus on decentralized rollup technology, optimistic zkEVM integration, and modular design. It provides a foundation for developers to build L2 projects with decentralization, safety, and scalability in mind.
Other notable crypto based seed funding:
Mystiko Network, the base layer of web3, raised $18M in funding lead by Sequoia Capital and other firms, including Samsung NEXT, Tribe Capital.
Zone Network, decentralised payments infrastructure provider, raised $8.5M lead by TLcom Capital and Flourish Ventures
Cathedral Studio, Web3 game developer, raised $6.66M for developing its horror FPS ‘The Bornless’ game
